It is anticipated that dividends will be paid to shareholders twice a year, usually in January and July.
The company currently offers payment by both cheque and direct bank transfer (BACS), as well as by CREST, an alternative method of electronic bank transfer. Shareholders who have not yet notified our Registrar, Computershare, of their preferred payment option should do so without delay.
You must advise our Registrar, Computershare in writing (with both signatories if joint ownership) quoting your name(s) and address, and your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN), which can be found on your share certificate or tax voucher.
