Our Services
Keeping pets happy, healthy and safe is at the heart of everything we do. Our retail colleagues are all trained to standards endorsed by many of the UK’s leading animal care and charity bodies, and are perfectly placed to advise customers on nutrition, housing, and over-the-counter pet medications.
Each of our practices is owned and operated by a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, supported by a skilled team of veterinary nurses and animal care assistants. Our Joint Venture Partners operate with complete clinical freedom, using their veterinary expertise.
Grooming is a growing area of pet care, as owners become more aware of its benefits to pets’ health and wellbeing. We train all our grooming colleagues to a high level and recommend the introduction of industry standards, equivalent to the City & Guilds’ dog grooming diplomas.
